Abstract
The Decree establishes the maritime boundary of Albania.
This Decree consists in amended articles 1 and 4 of Decree No. 4650 of 9 March 1970 regulating the boundary of the People's Republic of Albania. It extends the territorial waters of Albania to the width of 15 nautical miles or up to the Albania-Yugoslavia State boundary line (Art. 1). Internal waters are the waters which lie within the straight baseline drawn to measure the territorial sea. It then delimits the territorial waters (Art. 4).
