Guideline No. 1 dated 30 October 2013 on the rules and procedures for evaluating the applications for construction permits for energetic, mineral, industrial and other high-risk works and the establishment of Commission for evaluation and issuance of permits.

The Guideline No. 1 of 2013 of the Ministry of Energy and Industry lays down rules and procedures for evaluating the applications submitted for construction permits for energetic, mineral, industrial and other high-risk works, abd establishes the Commission for the evaluation and issuance of such permits. The blue prints of the proposed constructions as approved by the local authorities should be included in the application. In case of incomplete documentation, the applicant has a 30-day period for its completion.
