Abstract
This Law aims at ensuring the rational and sustainable use of land and natural resources. It is composed of the following Chapters: (I) General provisions; (II) Planning authorities (national and local authorities, their respective responsibilities and their coordination); (III) Instruments of land use planning; (IV) The planning procedure; (V) The Register of Land Use Planning; (VI) Transparency; (VII) Control on territory development (including development permits; construction permits; infrastructure permits; use permits; monitoring and inspection); and (VIII) Transitory and final provisions.
