Guideline No. 1/1 dated 26.1.2010 on the content of “The Technical-Economic Study and the Exploitation Project” for minerals of groups 1, 2, and 3.

The Guideline lays down rules of procedures for the teams preparing the ‘technical-economic studies and the exploitation projects’ for the minerals of groups 1, 2 and 3. The guideline covers the composition of teams and the required content of the study. The latter consists of the following sections: General data on the mineral object (I), Geological data (II), Mineral Section (III), Construction Section (IV), Economic section (V), Conclusions and Recommendations (VI), Data on Environment Impact Assessment (VII), Employment Data (VIII), Data on Infrastructure Requirements (IX).
