Guideline No. 4 laying down the Certificate of Origin for Export for wood and other forest products.

Individuals and legal entities engaged in the exportation of wood and other forest products, processed or not processed, shall be provided with a certificate of origin for export prepared according to the model form attached to this Guideline. The certificate of origin for export is also used for exporting wild fauna species hunted in the Republic of Albania according to Law No. 7875 of 1994. The certificates are prepared by the competent Forestry Service Directorates. To obtain the certificate of origin, a written request is to be submitted to the responsible Forestry Directorate.
