Instruction no. 8, dated 23.3.2023 on some additions and changes in Instruction No. 11, dated 10.5.2021 on maximum level of pesticide residues in fresh and/or processed fruits, vegetables, seeds.

This Instruction here amends certain parts of the Instruction No. 11, dated 10.5.2021 on maximum level of pesticide residues in fresh and/or processed fruits, vegetables, seeds (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Albania 72/2021). In the title, at the end of the title, the phrase "as well as in food products originating from animals” is added. After point 1, point 1.1 is added with the following content: 1.1 The maximum level of pesticide residues in food products of animal origin is according to the second Annex of this text (Annex 2 is added after the Annex 1). This instruction approximates the Regulation (EC) No. 396/2005 of the European Parliament and of the Council on maximum residue levels of pesticides in or on food and feed of plant and animal origin.
