Abstract
This Instruction provides detailed specifications regarding permitted food additives which are listed in listed in appendices II and III of this text. This text further determines that food products containing food additives that have been placed legally on the market before 16 January 2025 but do not comply with this text may continue to be traded while stocks last. This text is also fully aligned with the provisions of the Commission Regulation (EU) No. 231/2012 laying down specifications for food additives listed in Annexes II and III to Regulation (EC) No. 1333/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
