Abstract
This Law amends certain provisions of the Albanian Law n. 10 463, dated 22 September 2011, on Integrated waste management. Changes are regarding some definitions and general terms (definition of plastic and of different types of plastic bags, in article 3); in article 16, point 1 is amended (extended manufacturer responsibilities: in article 29, point 3 is amended (packaging and their waste); in article 62, after point 25, a new point (25/1) is added (offenses and sanctions).
