Abstract
This Law amends certain provisions part of the Law no. 8102, dated 28.3.1996 "on the regulatory framework of the water supply sector and the removal and processing of polluted water". Changes are regarding the contents of article 3 (minor corrections-meaning of terms), article 10 (setting update rules regarding the fees determined by the Regulatory Body, mandatory for the licensees, for the purpose of verifying the applicability of the standard documents of the service fee structure, as well as the fees of others for licenses granted by the Commission; articles 14 and 15 (General Powers of the Commission); article 21 (Restrictions on Licenses and Licensees); article 22 (Annual Accounts of Licensees) and article 23 (Tariff Standards).
