Law No. 10258 supplementing and amending Law No. 10119 of 2009 on land use planning.

This Law amends and supplements several articles of Law No. 10119 on land use planning. The addenda concern the definition of national zones by adding to it all those connected to national public interests that affect or are affected by territory planning, tasks and responsibilities of the National Territory Council as the exclusive authority for the final review of the development plans of the first category municipalities as further enlisted here.
