Abstract
The Law amends articles 22, 48 and 62, and repeals article 49 of Law 10463 of 2011. According to the new amendments, the import of hazard and non-hazard waste in Albania is prohibited under all circumstances. Fines of All 1,500,000 to 2,000,000 are issued in cases of infringements.
