Abstract
Law No. 18 of 2013 amends and supplements articles 4, 11 and 12 of law 8681 of 2000 on the design, construction, use and maintenance of dams and barrages. The amendments concern the rules of procedure on inspection, the sanctions issued in case of infringements, and their appeal procedures.
