Abstract
This Law amends and supplements articles 1,3, 18 and 20 of Law No. 9942 of 2008 with regard to the inspection authority, its task and rules of procedure as well as the penalties and other complimentary measures issued in case of law infringements. The inspection decisions may be appealed according to the law on inspection.
