Law No. 6/2015 amending and supplementing Law No. 10081 of 2009 on licenses, authorizations, and permits in the Republic of Albania.

This Law amends and supplements articles 14 and 15 of Law No. 10081 of 2009. The changes affect the terminology as well as the rules of procedure for licensing. Article 14 replaces the phrase ‘license/permit’ with ‘license/authorization/permit’ while article 15 amends the competencies and responsibilities of authorities issuing licenses/authorities/permits. Detailed rules on the licenses’ categories and areas as well as responsible institutions are laid out in the addendum 1 which has replaced the addendum of Law 10081.
