Abstract
Law No. 6/2018 amends and supplements Law No. 111/2012 with regard to the institutional framework of the water resources management as well as the tasks and responsibilities of the institutions including those of the Council of Ministers and the Agency of the Water Resources Management. The provisions on Management of Water Resources, Pollution Control, Usage of Water Resources, and Authorizations, Permits, and Concessions are also amended.
