Abstract
Law 64 of 2018 amends Law 102 of 2015 on the natural gas sector regarding the responsibility of the Council of Ministers in defining the framework of public service in the natural gas sector. According to the amendment, the Council of Ministers, based on the minister's proposal, approves the requirements and rules of procedure for the establishment of pubic service obligations in the natural gas sector.
