Abstract
This Law amends article 38 of Law 8880 of 2002 with regard to the penalties issued by the National Food Authority in case of law infringements. According to the new amendments, the penalties vary from ALL50,000 to ALL150,000 and they are doubled in case of repetitive infringements.
