Abstract
This Law amends and supplements articles 2, 4, 28 and 29 of law 9362 of 2005 with regard to the inspection rules and rules of procedure. The National Food Authority is the responsible entity for issuing measures in cases of infringements. Proposed measures may be appealed according to the law on inspection.
