Abstract
Article 27 of Law No. 7908 dealing with the issue of aquaculture licence is supplemented by this Law. Point 6/1 shall be inserted. According to this new provision, water bodies may be leased to physical and legal entities to exploit them in compliance with principles of sustainable development.
