Abstract
This Law amends article 2 of Law No. 10340 of 2010 regarding the ‘entity responsible’ for the law enforcement. According to the amendment, the responsible entity will be established via governmental regulation while for inspection purposes ‘the entity’ refers to the respective State Inspectorate as determined in the law on Inspection No. 10433 dated 1.6.2011.
