Abstract
This Law lays down several amendments and addenda Law No. 9362 of 2005 on the Plant Protection Service. It adds a detailed classification of dangerous plant protection products and further amends the structure of the Plant Protection Service by adding the Plant Protection Department (PPD) of the Tirana Agricultural University. The Law also stipulates that only plant protection products registered in the European Union can be registered in Albania.
