Abstract
The Official Catalogue of cultivated species and varieties of agricultural crops is approved by the National Seed Institute and published with the proposal of the State Commission for Varieties' Testing, and approval of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food. This Catalogue regulates the licensing for growing, reproducing, spreading and trading of planting material.
