Order no. 275, dated 14 June 2022 on the approval of the model of registry of use of products for the protection of plants on the farm, its contents and supplementation.

This Order (as for support to the rules prescribed by the Decision No. 317, dated 15 May 2019 on the approval of the rules for the sustainable use of plant protection products and qualification criteria for users) here sets detailed rules regarding necessary approvals of the registration model that is used as report on the effective application or use of plant protection products on farms that are present on the national territory. This text also defines the mandatory contents and completion requirements (according to Annex 1 which is here attached). The National Veterinary and Plant Protection Authority keeps the data on the farmers equipped with the plant protection product use register, according to Annex 2 of this Order. Completing the register on the farm shall be carried out by the producer himself. The National Veterinary and Plant Protection Authority and the regional agricultural extension agencies organize information campaigns, training and assistance for filling out these registers by recognized farmers. The production, distribution and control of register keeping will be carried out by the National Veterinary and Plant Protection Authority. The General Directorate of Agricultural Policies and Programs, Food Security and Rural Development, the National Veterinary and Plant Protection Authority, as well as regional agricultural extension agencies are charged with the implementation of these provisions.
