Abstract
The Order lays down the basic principles of the environment rehabilitation plans, closure of the mineral activities, designation of dangerous areas, and mineral waste management plans. Among others, these principles include the sustainable development of the mineral activities, transparent decision-making including consulting of the local communities, separation of mineral rights from land ownership rights, etc.
