Abstract
The Order No. 42 of 2012 lays down exhaustive lists of the plant species that should be registered in the national registry book. The General Directorate of Agricultural Policies and the State Agency of Seed and Seedlings are the authoritative entities. Within 6 months of this decision, these entities should issue the list of decorative plans that are also obliged to be registered in the national registry books.
