Abstract
This Order here approves the internal regulation for the organization and operation of the General Maritime Directorate of the Republic of Albania. The Director of the General Maritime Directorate has the authority and responsibility for receiving it all decisions in the maritime field, which are not the exclusive competence of the minister. The constituent structures of the institution of the General Maritime Directorate are laid down in article 3 (includes Port State Control Sector). General duties and tasks are defined in article 4.
