Order no. 450, dated 28 October 2020 on the movement of wild animals inside and outside the territory of the Republic of Albania.

This Order, based on the provisions of the Law No.10465 dated 29.9.2011 on the veterinary service in the Republic of Albania, has the purpose to regulate and determine necessary rules for the movement of wild animals within and outside the territory of the Republic of Albania. Wild animals are animals that have a phenotype unaffected by human selection and which live independently of direct human supervision or control. The transport, keeping and movement of wild animals (detailed provisions provided in Annexes A, B and C) shall be carried out in a manner which ensures the minimization of the risk of injury, damage to health or cruel treatment of wild animal species.
