The Order approves the form and the content of the decisions issued by the Technical Committees on the applications for mineral permits and the extension of the mineral permits deadlines. The model form and content of these decisions are introduced in Annex. 1 while the form and content of the decisions approving the deadlines extensions are included in Annex. 2 The Albanian Geologic Service should decide on new applications for permits no later than 45 days of their submission and no later than 30 days for the deadline extension applications.
