Abstract
This Regulation lays down measures concerning the control of volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions resulting from the storage of petrol and its distribution from terminals to service stations. The Regulation consists of the following chapters: General Provisions (I); Storage Installations in Terminals (II); Charge and Discharge of Movable Containers in Terminals (III); Movable Containers (IV); Charge at the Service Stations (V); Maintenance Systems (VI); Monitoring and Reporting (VII); Inspection (VIII); Administrative Infringements (IX); and Final Provisions (X). The Regulation is fully approximated with Directive 94/63/EC on the control of volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions resulting from the storage of petrol and its distribution from terminals to service stations.
