Regulation 571 date 27.6.2013 on the criteria to be used for determining the exploitation areas/boundaries of the mineral rights granted by concession agreements.

According to this Regulation when mineral rights are granted by a concession agreement the boundaries and coordinates of the exploitation areas are determined by the National Agency of Natural Resources based on several indicators set forth by the regulation such as the entirety of existing objects and works at the time the concession was granted and the entirety of objects and works following by extension the mineral objects under exploitation in accordance with the concession agreement. Further changes in the boundaries of the approved mineral zone will be approved by the Minister responsible for the mineral affairs.
The Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Energy is the responsible authority for the implementation of this regulation.
