Abstract
Regulation 755 of 2017 amends and supplements Regulation 712 of 2013 regarding the number of the fishing licenses issued to the members of the co-managed areas and the content of the application documentation to be submitted to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for fishing authorizations in areas outside co-managed areas. The model of the fishing authorization is attached to the regulation.
