Abstract
This Regulation No. 1 of 2014 implements the Law on Fisheries No.64 of 2012 by clarifying how to meet the requirements of the Law, agency programs, timelines, definitions of special terms, and . related information.
The Regulation consists of 9 Chapters: General Provisions (I); Fish and their Protection (II); Committees (III); Fishery Management Plans and Implementation Plans (IV); Register of Professional Fisherman and National Register of the Fishing Boats (V); Fishing Permits (VI); Scientific Research (VII); Fishery Inspection and Control (VIII); Final Provisions (IX). Model forms of Fishing Permits, Fines, and Inspection Reports are attached to the Regulation.
