Regulation No. 10 dated 18.6.2010 determining the procedures of getting permissions and public competition for fishing in seas, internal waters, land and water aquaculture.

The Regulation lays down the rules, criteria and procedures for fishing permits applications, the accompanying documents and issuance of approvals (i); public procurement in internal waters and water and land aquaculture (ii). The Regulation incudes two Chapters: Scope and definitions (1) and Application documents (2). The permits are issued by the National Center of Licensing after the application is verified and approved by the Department of Water and Fishery Resources at the Ministry of Environment, Forests and Water Administration.
