Abstract
This Regulation establishes the State Inspectorate of Forests and Environment as a central public entity under the authority of the Minister of Environment. The inspectorate is solely responsible for all inspection functions and law enforcement efforts in the area of forests and environment. It operates in central and regional levels and is headed by the Chief Inspector.
The Regulation consists of five sections: Establishment of the Inspectorate (I); Mission and Functions (II(); Organization and Functioning (III); Official Stamp and Seal (IV); Transitory and Final Provisions (V).
