Regulation No. 383 date 25.5.2016 supplementing Regulation 103 date 4.2.2015 of the Council of Ministers on the establishment, organization, and functioning of the State Inspectorate of Environment and Forests.

This Regulation 383 of 2016 supplements article 4 of Regulation 103 of 2015 by stipulating that the specialists of the State Inspectorate of Environment and Forests and its regional departments are supplied with uniforms carrying distinctive signs, identification documents, and other technical equipment necessary to implement their tasks for protection and prevention of damages and for the discovery of criminal activities in forests. The type of uniforms, distinctive signs, technical specifications, and every other element for the production of the uniforms and technical equipment will be approved by the order of the minister responsible for the environment.
