Regulation No. 112 amending Regulation No. 155 of 2002 on the rights and responsibilities of the Inspectorate of the Seeds and Seedlings State Control.

This Regulation amends articles 3(b) and 3(e) of Regulation No. 155 of 2002. According to these new provisions, official tests on plants varieties shall be completed: within two years for varieties created in Albania; within one year for the varieties included in the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development catalogue; in less than one year for the varieties created in other countries and not included in Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development catalogue; and in not less than two years as regards fruit trees varieties. The official catalogue of species and varieties shall be published annually and the changes occurred during the year shall be published periodically by the State and Seedlings State Entity.
