Abstract
The Regulation lays down rules of procedure for the following activities: i) applications for fishery permits, examination of requests and required documentation, ii) public competition for internal waters and aquaculture, iii) implementation of permits through the legal and technical criteria as determined in the respective contract and/or permit.
