This Regulation amends Regulation No. 775 of 1996 as regards the membership of the National Water Council, which will be composed of eight members. The Minister of Tourism and Territory Adjustment and the Minister of Local Government and Decentralization are removed from the Council. The Minister of Environment, Forestry and Water Administration is also appointed as the Council Deputy Chairman.
