This Regulation establishes the National Water Council as a central decision-making body to administer the water reserves in the Republic of Albania. It consists of seven members: the Prime Minister; the Minister of Public Works, Territory Adjustment and Tourism; the Minister of Agriculture and Food; the Minister of Mineral and Energy Resources; the Minister of Health; the Minister of Finances; and the Minister of Industry, Transport and Commerce.
