Abstract
This Regulation amends several articles of Regulation 100 of 2015 mostly due to the passing of a new law on the natural gas sector. The amendment removes from the rules of certification all references to Law 9946 of 2008 replacing them with Law 102/2015. The articles affected are articles 1, 4, 5, 6, 10, 11, 12 and 13.
