Abstract
This Regulation lays down the rules of certification for operators of the natural gas transmission system with the purpose of ensuring a transparent, reliable, and coherent certification process that guarantees the independence of the natural gas transmission system. The Regulation is composed of the following Chapters: General Provisions (I); Certification requirements (II); Submission of Documents, Data, and Information (III); Certification Procedure (IV); and Final Provisions (V).
