Abstract
This Regulation lays down rules governing labelling of agricultural products. Food operators must modify their food products labels accordingly and inform the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Consumer Protection on such changes. The Regulation is composed of the following Chapters: (I) General provisions; (II) Special labelling requirements; (III) Requirements for declaring nutrient values in labels. The following Appendices are attached: (I) Classification of ingredients that may be nominated by the category name; (II) Classification of the ingredients that must be nominated by the category name and followed by their specific name; (III) The indication of flavours in the list of ingredients; (IV) Special requirements for labelling special food types and categories; (V) Vitamins and Minerals that may be declared and related usual recommendations.
