Regulation No. 1353 submission of applications, gathering of documentation, criteria and procedures for benefiting from the Forestry Fund.

This Regulation lays down rules for applying for resources from the Forestry Fund and sets out the procedures for examining the request and granting such resources. Requests must be submitted to the Ministry of Environment, Forests and Water Administration and they must describe the activities and the investments to be done, in compliance with the requirements specified under Law No. 9385 on forests. The request must be submitted only after the applying entity is licensed by the responsible authorities for the activities described in the application. The documents required to accompany the application are further enumerated.
