Abstract
Regulation 434 of 2016 amends and supplements various definitions stipulated in Regulation 1353 of 2008 as well as its sections 7, 11, and 16. The changes in section 7 concern the rules of procedure for the review of the applications by the municipal structures while changes in sections 11 and 16 deal with the procedures for the assessment, removal, and/or changes in destination of certain forestry areas from the forestry fund.
