Abstract
This Regulation describes in detail the rights and responsibilities of the State Control Inspectorate of Seeds and Seedlings, which shall operate under the authority of the State Entity of the Seeds and Seedlings. The Inspectorate is composed of the Chief Inspector and other inspectors, whose number is determined by the order of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food. The Inspectorate has the right to control all the authorized entities dealing with the creation, reproduction, multiplying, processing, transport and trade of plant genetic material.
