Regulation No. 25 date 30.1.2018 approving the model license of the natural gas supply activities.

The ERA Decision No. 15 of 2018, in accordance with the stipulations of Law 102/2015 on the natural gas sector, approves the terms and conditions of the license issued for natural gas supply operations. The license agreement lays down rules and regulations regarding general provisions, licensed activities, obligations of the licensed entity, reporting and accounting, use of information, ERA monitoring of the operator's activities, license amendment, administrative measures issued for violating license terms and conditions, license revoke, dispute resolution, and appeal procedures.
