Regulation No. 3 amending and supplementing Regulation No. 2 on fishing and aquaculture licensing.

This Regulation lays down several amendments and addenda to Regulation No. 2 of 2007 on fishing and aquaculture licensing. The amendments deal in particular with sport fishing and related licensing procedures, which are applicable both to Albanian and foreign fishing vessels. The Regulation sets out new prohibitions concerning the the number of hooks allowed to be used by each fisherman, the use of strong lighting sources, the use of professional fishing equipment. Further amendments concern fishing molluscs and the use of toxic and narcotic substances.
