Regulation No. 2 on fishing and aquaculture licensing.

This Regulation lays down rules and procedures governing the issue of fishing licences as well as related deadlines. It consists of the following four Chapters: (1) General Provisions; (2) Documents that must accompany applications; (3) Licensing procedure; and (4) Final provisions. The Regulation also lays down the following application forms: request for professional fishing licence and licence renewal; request for aquaculture licence; request for aquaculture licence renewal; request for recreational fishing licence and its renewal.
