Regulation no. 301 date 20.4.2016 amending and supplementing Regulation No. 320 date 21.4.2011 of Council of Ministers approving the procedures and criteria of bidding and the review schedules of the mineral permits applications.

Regulation 301 of 2016 amends article 7.19 of regulation 320 of 2011 on the rules of procedure to be followed by the Bids Evaluation Committee during the bids opening and evaluation and supplements 7.19 with additional rules on the complaint process. According to the supplement the complaint should be electronically submitted after the relevant fees have been paid. No review will be initiated if the fees are not paid. The fee is refundable in case the complaint is accepted or transferred to state budget if the complaint is rejected.
