Regulation No. 322 date 31.5.2018 amending and supplementing Regulation No. 719 date 31.10.2014 of the Council of Ministers "On the organization and functioning of the Agency for Agricultural and Rural Development."

This Regulation supplements and amends Regulation 719 of 2014 on the organization and functioning of the Agency of Agricultural and Rural Development by establishing local branches of the Agency at the regional level, otherwise known as 'agro-offices' that offer services to farmers and other individual and legal entities involved in agricultural activities, rural development or agro-industry.
The services offered by agro-offices include: providing information on the national instruments of agricultural and rural development, EU IPARD II financial assistance, fiscal measures designed to help farmers and and other interested subjects, facilitate communication with financial institutions and banks regarding refuse or restructures loans, collect data on agricultural and livestock farms as required by law, inspect the farms and the other beneficiaries of state-funded agricultural and rural development programs etc. The Ministry of Agricultural and Rural Development bears responsibility for the implementation of this Regulation.
